Repairs, carpentry, painting, fencing and yard jobs for homes around Deagon, Sandgate and Brighton. Front door to back door, floor to ceiling, and even the gutters.
What I do
The jobs on your list.
Big or small, inside or out. If it's broken, tired or been on the to-do list too long, I can usually sort it.
Carpentry
Doors and frames, decks, steps, shelving and timber repairs, done neatly.
Painting
Touch-ups through to full rooms, fences and exterior trim. Prep done right so it lasts.
Fencing & gates
Repairs, replacement palings, new gates and hardware that actually latches.
Yard work & paths
Clean-ups, pathways and entries made safe, and the yard back under control.
Gutters
Cleaning and minor gutter repairs so the next storm runs off where it should.
No plumbing or electrical. My licences don't cover it, so I won't touch it. I'll put you onto a good local who does.
