Privacy

Your details, kept simple.

Mend Property Maintenance is run by Jon Coleman (ABN 63 941 417 462). This page explains what happens to the details you send through this website.

What I collect

When you use the job request form, I receive the details you enter, such as your name, contact details, address and a description of the job. If you call or text, I receive whatever you include in that call or message.

How I use it

Only to get back to you about your job, arrange a time and give you a quote. I don't sell or share your details, and I don't add you to any mailing list.

How the form works

The job request form is run by ServiceM8, the job management system I use to book and manage work. Your details go into my ServiceM8 account and are handled under ServiceM8's privacy policy. The short documentary on the home page is hosted by YouTube and only loads if you press play.

Questions or changes
